About the Art

The sides of the canvas are prepared in the same manner as the front of the piece. While, by definition, gallery wrapped can mean the canvas is painted or printed a solid color, the majority of Grander Images’ pieces display a continuation of the image/design appearing on the face of the canvas. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas creates a frameless, ready-to-hang piece of art. All Grander Images hanging art, whether a gallery wrapped canvas or mixed media piece, has finished edges and is ready to hang.
Yes. A coat of clear varnish applied before displaying outside, and reapplied periodically, will keep your metal art piece beautiful. The nature of metal is to continue to patina, and this will continue to occur, but the varnish will protect from erosion.
It will not. Each hand painted and mixed media piece is made by hand, so there will be subtle differences from piece to piece. Also, there are differences in computer/device screen resolutions, color printer quality, and lighting that affect how a piece is viewed.
Wood, wire, stone, steel, paper, fabric, carpet, leaves, bark, bolts….the list goes on. Interesting assemblage is just one of the many reasons our pieces stand out in the wall décor marketplace.
A spring-loaded mounting system is included with larger sizes of Hi-Def glass pieces. 4 pieces of acrylic hardware are included, along with screws. Using a level, determine placement of the the bottom pieces of hardware first. Attach those 2 bottom pieces to the wall. Next, measure to determine placement of the top (spring-loaded) hardware. Attach the top hardware to the wall. Then, gently insert the piece of art into the top hardware, lifting the glass piece up into the spring-loaded hardware* (the springs will “give”, allowing you to do this) and slide the bottom of the art into the “ledge” supplied by the bottom mounted hardware.
*Note: do not force the top hardware to lift up dramatically. Carefully lift just enough to allow the bottom of the art to insert into the bottom hardware.

Grander Images is a business-to-business resource only, selling to retailers, designers/decorators, stagers, contractors, and others with an active resale tax ID. We do not sell directly to the end consumer. When we are contacted by individuals interested in our pieces, we provide them with names of retailers in their area and encourage them to contact those retailers about the items in which they are interested.

Absolutely! When viewing the item you want, you will see an option to enter your email address to be notified when the item is in stock.
We can never guarantee that an order will ship 100% complete. Sometimes, items sell out. We do not hold in-stock items of an order for the out of stock items to come back into inventory before shipping your order. However, we will always contact your when backorders become available to get your authorization to ship.

About Shipping and Returns

We pride ourselves in being an immediate ship resource for our buyers! We can typically ship within 48 business hours of receiving a confirmed order and payment details. Immediately following markets, we do experience heavier volume with longer lead times.
